VATA VIDWAMSINI RASA;

Vata Vidwamsini rasa is a good natural product for arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout and other joint diseases. It provides natural nutrients to the cartilage and tendons and helps in the normal functioning of the joints. Arthritis and gout are common diseases affecting joints.

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Elemental mercury (Purified) - compounds have been used to treat skin infection, and in developing countries, they have been applied to the treatment of skin sores from syphilis. Mercury compounds have been used as laxatives and also added to teething powders as calomel (mercurous chloride)

Elemental suphur (Purified) - is applied to the skin for acne, hayfever, skin redness (rosacea), dandruff, scaly and red skin patches (seborrheic dermatitis), an itchy skin infection caused by mites (scabies), lice, cold sores, warts, and poison oak, ivy, and sumac infections.

Plumbago zeylanica- is a potent medicinal agent used in the treatment of stubborn chronic rheumatoid arthritis, skin diseases and tumerous growths as recommended by Ayurveda. It also finds its use in correcting chronic menstrual disorders, viral warts and chronic diseases of nervous system.

Piper longum - is most commonly used to treat chronic bronchitis, asthma, constipation, gonorrhea, paralysis of the tongue, diarrhea, cholera, chronic malaria, viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, stomachache, bronchitis, diseases of the spleen, cough, and tumors.

Piper nigrum - also has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticonvulsant, and neuroprotective effects.

Zingiber officinale - is one of the most widely used natural products consumed as a spice and medicine for treating nausea, dysentery, heartburn, flatulence, diarrhea, loss of appetite, infections, cough, and bronchitis.

Vanga bhasma is used in the treatment of genitourinary disorder, diabetes, anemia, asthma gastric ulcers and urinary diseases

Lauha Bhasma (LB) is a complex herbomineral preparation widely used as an Ayurvedic hematinic agent. It is an effective remedy for chronic fever, phthisis, Breathlessnes etc., and possesses vitality enhancing, strength promoting and anti aging properties

Tamra Bhasma (TB) (incinerated copper) is one among such ayurvedic herbo-metallic preparation used in the treatment of Udara (ascites), Pandu (anemia), Svasa (asthma), and Amlapitta (hyperacidity)

Purified Aconite - is also used as a disinfectant, to treat wounds, and to promote sweating. Some people apply aconite to the skin in liniment as a “counterirritant” for treating facial pain, joint pain, and leg pain (sciatica).

Eclipta alba - is used as antiseptic, febrifuge, tonic, deobstruent in hepatic and spleen enlargement and is emetic. In combination with aromatics, the juice is given in anemia, catarrh and cough. The plant is also used as scalp tonic for promoting hair growth.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;

Take 250mg with honey, ghee or butter once or twice a day after food or as directed by the physician.
