A traditional & tasty health mix for all age groups.
Take 2 table spoons of SARA Health Mix and mix well with 250ml milk, water or both. Boil this for 3 mins, stirring frequently. Porridge will be ready. Add sugar, jaggery & salt to taste. Quantity can be adjusted as per your needed consistency. SARA Health Mix can also be used to prepare Idiyappam, Puttu, Sathu Maavu Urundai, Roti & Kozhukattai.
